Description
No. 303 Western Bank is a house that has been converted into offices, built around 1840 with some alterations made in the late 20th century. The building is constructed of coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings and features a slate roof with two brick gable stacks. It has a plinth, a first-floor band, and moulded wooden gutter and eaves boards. The structure is two storeys high and has a three-window range of 20th-century two-light glazing bar casements, with the central window framed by a moulded pedimented surround. A central pedimented Doric portico leads to a half-glazed door with an overlight, flanked by glazing bar casements on either side. The interior has not been inspected.
