Description
No. 3 Beulah Kop is a house built around 1845, with some alterations made in the late 20th century. It is constructed of brick with ashlar dressings and features a hipped slate roof. The building has a plinth, a band at the first floor, and gutters supported by wooden brackets. It stands two storeys high and has a three-window range. The windows are 12-pane sashes with brick flat arches above them. The central entrance is framed by a stone doorcase with panelled pilasters and a flat hood, which contains a 20th-century panelled door and an overlight. The interior has not been inspected. This house is included for its group value with other nearby structures.
