Description

This house dates to approximately 1840. It is constructed of brick with ashlar dressings, and has a hipped slate roof with two side wall stacks. The front features a plinth and renewed wooden eaves. The two-storey facade has a three-window arrangement of twelve-pane sashes, each with a multi-keystone lintel. A central doorcase is defined by engaged Doric columns and a dentilled cornice, sheltering a moulded six-panel door with an overlight. Flanking the door are larger twelve-pane sashes. The left return side has two twelve-pane sashes, one on each floor, with the upper right sash being blank. The interior has not been inspected.
