Description
The tufa arch and rockery located to the south of Number 208 on Mansfield Road in Nottingham is a Grade II listed structure dating from around 1893. This irregular rock arch spans a garden path and is connected on the southern side to a natural rock formation beneath a cliff face. The cliff was previously the working face of a sand quarry, which included mine entrances below that have been adapted as a garden feature. This structure is included in the listing for its group value context.
