Description

23 and 25 Marsh Parade are two houses from the early 19th century that are currently used as offices. They feature lined-out stucco and a plain tiled roof. The buildings are three stories high and have seven bays. The doorways are set in arched recesses, with a traceried fanlight to the left and a larger similar one to the right. The windows are 12-pane sash windows, with one blind window above the doorway to No. 23, and cross-casements, all having flat arched heads. There are giant pilasters on both the left and right sides of the buildings.
