Description

10 King Street is a house dating from the early 19th century, currently used as offices. The building is constructed of brick and features a plain tiled roof. It is three stories high and has three bays, with a central doorcase that has a steep pediment, a door with a fanlight, and panelled reveals. To the right, there is a canted bay window, while the other windows are all 2-pane sashes with flat arched gauged brick heads. At the rear, there are two wings that include a lancet window for the stairs. The building has gable end stacks and forms a pair with 12 King Street.
