Description
14 and 15 Belmont are a pair of houses, now used as offices, dating from the late 18th century. They are constructed of brick and feature a plain tiled roof. The buildings are three stories high and have a five-window range, with the central section projecting. The ground floor is rusticated and stuccoed, with a blocked doorway, while the upper windows are framed with architraves. There is a pediment above the first-floor window in the projecting central bay. Each flanking section contains an outer doorway, which has been renewed in the right-hand section, and 12-pane sash windows with flat-arched gauged brick heads. The buildings also feature a modillion eaves cornice and coped gables. To the right, there is an additional bay of lesser height, likely added in the early 19th century.
