Description

No. 17 Belmont is a house from the early 19th century, built of stucco and brick with a shallow hipped Welsh slate roof. It has three storeys and a four-window range. The ground floor features channelled stucco, a six-panelled door with a traceried fanlight set within a round-arched architrave, and a blind window to the left of the doorway. To the right, there are paired 12-pane sash windows. Above, the house has 12-pane sash windows with flat-arched heads and a thin wooden eaves cornice.
