The former stable at Swan Hill Court House, which is now used as a garage, dates from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a shallow-pitched Welsh slate roof. The building is single-storey, with a doorway located on the northwest elevation and a single opening in the gable wall that faces Town Walls.
