Description

Swan Hill Court House is a mansion built between 1761 and 1762 by Thomas Farnolls Pritchard as the town house for the Earl of Bath. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features a plain tiled roof. The building stands three storeys tall and has a five-window range, with lower flanking pavilions. A pediment is located over the central three bays, adorned with arms and swags. The entrance includes a simple doorway with a straight entablature and brackets, along with moulded architraves surrounding the sash windows. The lower flanking pavilions are highlighted by Venetian windows topped with broken pediments.
