Description
This is a pair of houses located at 2 and 3 Swan Hill Court, built in the late 18th century. They are constructed of brick and topped with a slate roof. The buildings are three stories high and designed as a matching pair, each featuring a three-window arrangement with a central doorway. The doorways have an architrave with panelled rebates and a cornice supported by console brackets, leading to a panelled door and fanlight. Some of the lower windows have been replaced, while the remaining windows are 12-pane sashes with flat-arched stuccoed heads. Between the two houses, there is a blind central window. The eaves cornice is moulded and painted.
