Description

This is a mid-18th century house, originally part of a terrace of five dwellings, and enlarged in the late 18th or early 19th century. It is constructed of brick with a plain tiled roof, and is three storeys high with a nine-window front. The front door is on the left and is an eight-panelled door with a steep, pedimented surround. The windows are 12-pane sash windows with wide, flush frames and flat-arched gauged brick heads. Single-storey extensions, hidden by brick walls to the forecourt, interrupt the ground-floor fenestration. An upper storey was added, possibly in the early 19th century. It has moulded eaves and a gable end stack.
