Description

This is a late 18th or early 19th century house, with later 19th-century extensions. It is constructed of rendered brick and has a machine-tiled hipped roof. The house is three storeys high and has three bays. The central entrance features a six-panelled door with an architrave and bracketed hood. Flanking the entrance are glazing bar sashes in architraves. The first floor has glazing bar sashes set in reveals, while the second floor features nine-pane sashes with a blind centre. Key blocks are positioned above all the windows. The house has a plinth and quoins. There are extruded end stacks. To the right, a two-storey, slate-roofed one-bay addition has a blind window on the first floor and quoins. The right return has an entrance with a timber porch and sashes with cambered red brick heads. A lean-to extends to the rear. Attached at the right end is a low brick wall with iron railings supported by piers. The interior was not inspected.
