Description

22A Belmont is a house dated 1736, constructed of brick with a plain tiled roof. It has a two-unit plan and is two storeys high, featuring a three-window range. The off-centre door is framed by a heavy plain architrave with panelled rebates. The flanking windows are sash windows with flat-arched heads. There is a rendered projecting string course and a dentilled eaves band. The house is marked with the initials HE on a panel above the doorway. To the right, there is an additional bay that includes a carriage entry and a window above it. The building has one coped gable and original stacks on both gable ends, as well as the gable of the additional bay.
