Description
36 and 38 Victoria Street are two houses that have been converted into offices, built around 1830, with some alterations made in the late 20th century. The buildings are covered in colourwashed stucco and topped with a slate roof that features two rendered external stacks. They have a plinth, deep moulded wooden eaves, and pediments. The structures are two storeys high and have a three-window range made up of 20th-century metal framed cross casements. The recessed centre includes a single window and a latticed wrought-iron balcony. Below this, there are two 20th-century glazed doors with overlights. Each side of the building has a pedimented wing, with a single window on each floor. The interior has not been inspected. These houses are included for their group value.
