Description

Rockingham Coffee House is a café that was originally a house, built in the late 18th century with some alterations made in the 19th century. The building features incised painted stucco with stone dressings and a slate roof. It is three storeys high and has a single bay. The entrance includes a 20th-century glass door set within a plain 18th-century surround. There is also a 20th-century glass shop window framed by a 19th-century wooden surround. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are adorned with plain stone surrounds. This building is included for its group value.
