Description
The building is a post office, which was originally a house, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of dressed red and yellow sandstone, with ashlar stonework on the ground floor and raised quoins on the left side only. The roof is made of Welsh slate and features a yellow brick chimney stack. The building has 20th-century shop windows and doors, while above, there are 20th-century two-pane casements that have painted stone surrounds. This building is included for its group value.
