Description

The Swan Inn, at No. 52, and Nos. 58-64 form part of a late 18th-century terrace on Kirkgate. The building is constructed of roughcast, with slate roofs, and features sash windows. Nos. 58 and 60 have round-arched doorways. Some of the windows retain 12 panes, while others have had their glazing bars removed. The building is part of a group that includes Nos 13, 17-55 (odd), 36 & 38, 46-86 (even), No. 47A and Kirkgate House.
