Description

Nos. 1-3 Burdett Place are an early 19th century terrace. The buildings are now faced with brown roughcast, and have tiled roofs. They are four storeys high, each with a single window. No. 3 is set back from the others. The windows are sash windows with intact glazing bars. Nos. 2 and 3 feature a curved bay window of three lights on the first floor. The doorways have moulded doorcases; No. 3’s doorcase is distinguished by reeded pilasters, projecting cornices, low rectangular fanlights, and a six-panel moulded door. Nos. 1 to 5 Burdett Place form a group.
