Description

Pixie Cottage is an early 18th-century house located on the north side of Moulton Overstone Road. The building is constructed of regular coursed lias stone, painted white, and has a thatched roof. It follows a two-unit plan, and is a single storey with an attic. The front elevation has a one-window range of casement windows, each set beneath a timber lintel. A 20th-century door is located on the left side. The roof features an eyebrow dormer, a brick gable parapet, and brick stacks at each end. The interior contains ceiling beams.
