Description

This is a mid-18th century house located on the south side of West Street in Moulton. The building is constructed of regular coursed lias stone, and originally had a thatched roof. It follows a two-unit plan, and is two storeys high with a two-window front. The windows are casements with glazing bars, set beneath wooden lintels. A 19th-century part-glazed door is positioned on the right-hand side. A relieving arch over the ground floor window to the right suggests earlier refenestration. A central brick stack is visible.
