Description

14 Church Hill is a mid-18th century house built of regularly coursed lias stone with a slate roof. The house has a two-unit plan and features a three-window range of 20th-century casements in original openings, all under wooden lintels. There is a central 20th-century door also beneath a wooden lintel. The building is distinguished by large ashlar quoins and ashlar gable parapets, with brick and stone stacks at both ends. Although the interior was not inspected, it is noted that the ground floor rooms to the left and right of the entrance have chamfered ceiling beams, and the room to the left includes an open fireplace with a bressumer.
