Description

This is a mid-18th century house on Church Street, Moulton, altered in the 19th century. It is constructed of regular coursed lias stone with a 20th-century plain tiled roof. The house was originally likely based on a four-unit plan. The facade has two storeys and a six-window arrangement. Four windows to the right have leaded lights and wooden lintels. A part-glazed door with six panels is located to the right-hand side and is sheltered by a late 19th-century wooden porch. The roof was raised in the 19th century, and brick stacks are visible at the ridge and end of the building. The house is included on the list for its group value with the Church of St. Peter and St. Paul.
