Description

This is a mid-18th century house located on the south side of Hinwick Road, Wollaston. The house is constructed of regular coursed limestone and has a corrugated metal roof. It follows a three-unit plan and is two storeys high. The front has a three-window arrangement of 19th-century sash windows with glazing bars, each set beneath a wooden lintel. A 20th-century door is positioned to the left of centre, also beneath a wooden lintel. Brick stacks are visible at the ridge and end of the building. The interior features an open fireplace with a bressumer and stop-chamfered spine beams with run-out stops, along with the original roof structure.
