Description

The Cottage is an early 18th-century house located on the east side of Moulton Doves Lane. It is constructed of regular coursed lias stone with a thatched roof. The house follows a T-shaped plan. The two storeys contain a two-window front elevation with casement windows featuring leaded lights and wooden lintels. Gable parapets are present, with brick stacks rising from the ridge and the end. A 19th-century six-panelled door is located at the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
