Description

Crosburn House is an early 19th-century house located on the east side of Main Road, Long Bennington. The building is constructed of coursed blue lias stone with a shallow-pitched slate roof, overhanging wooden eaves, and a central rear stack. The two-storey, three-bay front has a projecting central bay crowned with a small moulded pediment. The central entrance features a panelled door within a plain doorcase, above which is a rectangular overlight of three panes, and a bracketed hood. Flanking the door are glazing bar sashes, with three smaller sashes above. All windows have segmental heads.
