Description

House, dated 1850. Constructed of red and cream chequered brick with a pantile roof and gable stacks. It is a two-storey, four-bay front, although the listing describes a two-bay configuration. The main entrance is positioned off-centre on the south side, featuring a heavily moulded doorcase, a rectangular overlight, a bracketed hood, and a panelled door. A single glazing bar sash window is located to the north of the entrance, with two windows above. Above the door is a blocked opening with painted glazing bars. The first-floor windows are similar, also with painted stucco splayed lintels and raised keystones. A datestone on the south side is inscribed “EAL 1850.” The building is included on the list solely for its group value.
