Description

Wantage Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from 1715. It has a regular coursed lias construction and a thatched roof, featuring an L-shaped plan and two storeys. The north elevation has a two-window range with a gabled cross wing on the right. There is a central 20th-century door with a hood above it. The windows are 19th-century casements set under wooden lintels. The gable ends have ashlar parapets, and there are brick stacks at each end. The interior has not been inspected.
