Description
Field Cottage and The Cottage is a house that has been converted into two dwellings. It dates from the 18th century and has been altered in the 20th century. The building is constructed of brick and features an old plain tile roof. It is two stories high and has three bays.
At the center, there is a 20th-century porch that is rendered and has a hip roof, with a door on each side and two doors inside. Above the porch, there is a two-light casement window, and there are four three-light casement windows, all of which have segmental heads. To the left of the center, there is a Sun Fire Insurance plaque. The right end of the roof has a toothed eaves stack. Additionally, there is a lean-to garage on the left side of the building.
