Circular Shaft rising to a cylinder with moulded top and divided into panels by bead mouldings. Inscribed LONDON (embossed) 152/ ASHFORD 3/ BAKEWELL 2/ BUXTON 13/ BASLOW 2/ CHESTERFIELD 10/ SHEFFIELD 12. On the Chesterfield to Ashford turnpike of 1812.
