Description
Number 18, including railings and gate, is a building dated 1833, constructed from random rubble red sandstone. It features a plain tile roof with deep eaves and brick chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high and has five wooden casement windows, which are topped with segmental arches and brick voussoirs, and include glazing bars. There is a trellis porch leading to a panelled door, which is complemented by a fanlight with tracery. A date stone is inscribed with "Vine Cottages St Georges Street - 1833." Additionally, there are iron railings and a gate alongside the roadside.
