Description
Numbers 1 and 3, including the area railings, are a house and shop dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. The building is constructed of painted brick and features a pantile roof with coped gable ends and brick dentil eaves. It stands two storeys tall. Number 3 has three windows, which are sashes with glazing bars. There is a central round-headed doorway that includes a semi-circular fanlight with radial bars and a flush panel door. The property also features ornate cast iron area railings and a gate from the late 19th century. Number 1, which is adjacent to the south, has one first-floor sash window with glazing bars and a ground-floor 20th-century projecting shop front with ornate iron railings above.
