No. 13 Church Plain is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of painted brick and features a low pitched roof with gabled ends. The building has three storeys and two windows, which are sashes with glazing bars. The entrance is marked by a central doorcase that has a moulded architrave and a cornice, leading to a flush-panel door.
