Description

Tithe Cottage, also known as Walnut Cottage (numbers 15, 17, and 19), dates to the 17th century with later alterations. The building is colourwashed rendered over a rubble base and has a thatched roof punctuated by eyebrow dormers. It is two storeys high. The windows are predominantly leaded iron casements set in wooden frames, with some more recent wooden windows. The doorways are square-headed, except for Walnut Cottage, which features a framed and studded door. Each cottage has a thatched porch.
