Detached Regency villa. Early C19. Rendered and ashlared, Welsh slate hipped roof. Two storeys, three windowed, with outer bays slightly stepped forward, twelve pane sashes in 'Greek' moulded architraves, but central window plain, and under low-pitched pediments on consoles, over two large twelve pane sashes under similar pediments, and central recessed C20 six panel door to transom light. Verandah, up two steps has tent roof on decorative iron supports with suspended interlacing arches under a frieze, and at right-hand end a section of balustrade returning to wall face.

Interior: not inspected.

All excellently detailed and unusually well preserved.
