Description
The boundary walls, railings, piers, and gates to Ty Gwilym date from the early 19th century. They feature dressed stone quadrants and rubble boundary walls, along with iron railings and gates. There are two plain square piers with pyramid tops at the blocking course, which are flanked by quadrant walls that are approximately 1 metre high, topped with copings and railings leading to a second pair of piers. These second piers are flanked by rubble walls that are about 1.7 metres high and have saddle-back coping. The structure runs the full width of the site and includes a 20th-century plank door on the right side. Centrally, there is an iron gate.
