Description

TIDENHAM MOPLA ROAD, Tutshill ST 59 NW (north side) 9/241 Look-out tower in garden to north of Pen-Y-Bryn - II Folly. Probably early C19. Hollow circular tower in roughly coursed rubble, but much of wall core exposed. Tower up to c 7 metres high and c 5 metres outside diameter, two rough openings on opposing sides roughly south-east/north-west. Remains of a folly, in need of stabilisation at time of survey (November 1983).
