Description
Badger's Folly is a garden structure dating from the early 19th century, built from coursed sandstone rubble. This Gothic folly resembles a ruined castle and features a cylindrical tower with short sections of wall attached to the south and west. The east front displays the cylindrical tower on the right, which rises to two storeys and includes a pointed, nail-studded door, along with a first-floor loop to the right. To the left, there is an attached wall with a pointed doorway flanked by a pair of rectangular loops. At the rear of the tower, there is a doorway with a 4-centred arch. Originally, Badger's Folly was part of the garden of Bearnett House, but it now stands amidst a housing development from the 1980s.
