Description

The Barn at the Wodehouse is an early 18th-century timber-framed structure. It features two rows of square panels set on a high brick plinth, with long, straight tension braces and some areas of brick infill due to rebuilding. The barn has a plain tile roof and is one storey high with five roof bays. It has central barn doors, and the right gable includes a ground-level door and a pitching hatch in the gable. The roof structure consists of a collar and tie beam truss with raking queen struts.
