Description
This milestone, located approximately 200 meters west of New Barn Farm, dates from the late 18th century. It is made of limestone and features a cast iron plaque. The milestone is a circular column, standing at a height of 1 meter, with the inscription 'GLOSTER / 22 / OXFORD / 24'. The inscription is noted as defaced on the 6-inch Ordnance Survey map.
