House. c1820-50. Stucco over brick with concealed roof, right stack and iron railings. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys with basement, 2 first-floor windows. Stucco decoration includes horizontal rustication to ground floor drawn into voussoirs over windows; first-floor band surmounted by tall pilaster strips, second-floor band and frieze. Entrance at right: steps to 6-panel door. First and second floors have 6/6 sashes, taller to first floor; ground floor has tripartite window: 6/6 between 1/1 sashes. Concealed basement. INTERIOR: not inspected.
