Description

Dawn Run Inn is a public house located on Albion Street in Cheltenham, built around 1820 to 1850 with later alterations. The building is constructed of stucco over brick and features a concealed roof. It stands three storeys tall and has five first-floor windows, including one at a rounded corner on the right side. The exterior includes a plinth and stucco detailing such as horizontal rustication on the ground floor, a cornice that extends to the right return, a band at the second floor, and copings. The first and second floors have 6/6 sash windows, with the second floor being blind and the first-floor windows being taller, all set in plain reveals with sills.
