Description

Railings and gates fronting No. 2 (Masonic Hall) and to the area on the left return were constructed in 1817. These ornamental iron railings were supplied by W Wheeler, whose name appears on an urn. The design features arrowhead railings with urn finials on the stanchions. The gate posts display a cross and oval motif and are topped with anthemion finials.
