Description
No. 92 Bath Road is a house built around 1820 to 1850. It features a stucco exterior over brick, a concealed roof, and a cast-iron and wrought-iron porch. The building has two storeys and three first-floor windows, with 6/6 sash windows that are taller on the ground floor. The entrance on the right is a six-panel door with a fanlight set in plain reveals. There is a blocking course with copings along the top.
Inside, the house includes an open-well staircase with stick balusters and a wreathed handrail, a marble fireplace on the first floor, six-panel doors, an embellished cornice in the front room, tooled architraves around the windows and doors, and shutters on some windows. The porch features a double-scroll motif on its uprights and frieze.
