Description

88 Bath Road is a house built around 1820 to 1850. It features unpainted stucco over brick and has a slate roof with wrought-iron balconies. The building stands three storeys high and has three first-floor windows. The garden facade showcases stucco detailing, including three tall segmental-arched window recesses set on wide pilaster strips. The windows consist of 6/6 sashes on the ground and first floors, while the second floor has 3/3 sashes, all set in plain reveals. The entrance, located on the right return, is a 6-panel door with sidelights and an overlight in round-arched reveals. The right return also has 6/6 and 3/3 sashes. Notably, the first-floor balconies are adorned with rods embellished with stars. The design is similar to the adjacent property at No. 90. The interior has not been inspected.
