Description
Carlton Lawn is a house built around 1820 to 1850. It is constructed of brick with a stucco facade and has a slate roof featuring ridge and right end stucco stacks, along with a wooden porch. The house has two storeys and includes four first-floor windows, with a service range at the rear. There is a first-floor band, frieze, cornice, and blocking course. The first floor features 6/6 sash windows, while the ground floor has 1/1 sash windows, all set in plain reveals with sills. The entrance, located off-centre to the right, has a 4-panel door beneath the porch, which displays a bell motif. There is an additional 4-panel door to the left. The interior has not been inspected. The building forms a group with and is adjacent to No. 6 Carlton Street.
