House. c1820-50. Brick with stucco facade and slate roof with ridge and right end stucco stacks and wooden porch. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 4 first-floor windows and service range at rear. First-floor band; frieze, cornice and blocking course. First floor has 6/6 sashes. Ground floor has 1/1 sashes. All in plain reveals and with sills. Off-centre right entrance a 4-panel door under porch with bell motif. Further 4-panel door to left. INTERIOR: not inspected. Forms a group with and abuts No.6 Carlton Street (qv).
