Description
Brunswick House is a house built around 1790, with some alterations from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick with stucco dressings and has a slate roof. The building features a painted band at the first floor, a coped parapet, and two gable stacks. The windows are primarily glazing bar sashes with multi keystoned lintels. The house is two storeys high and has a three-window range, which includes a central French window with a margin light, flanked by single sash windows. Below this, there is a central canted rusticated porch with concave sides and a coped parapet. The porch contains a 20th-century half-glazed door with an overlight, and on each side, there is a single blank window. Additionally, there are larger sash windows on either side of the porch.
