29 and 31 King Street are a pair of houses built around 1800. They are constructed of brick with stucco dressings and feature a pantile roof with a central ridge stack. The buildings are two storeys high and have a two-window range of glazing bar sashes, which are topped with multi keystone stucco lintels. The left house has a 20th-century door, while the right house has a 19th-century four-panel door. Each door is equipped with an ogee-headed iron scraper and an overlight above.
