Description

12 and 14 King Street are a pair of houses built around 1800. They are constructed of brick with stucco dressings and have a pantile roof featuring a central ridge stack. The houses have dentilled eaves, a first-floor band, and multi-keystoned lintels. The symmetrical front has two storeys and a four-window range of glazing bar sashes, with the outer windows being smaller. On the ground floor, there are two sashes flanked by single beaded six-panel doors with overlights. Additionally, there are single round-headed entries with brick imposts and keystones, leading to close boarded doors.
