Description

3 and 5 King Street are a pair of houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed of brick with stucco dressings and feature a pantile roof with two gable stacks. There is a band at the first floor level. The windows are glazing bar sashes, each with multi keystoned lintels. The symmetrical front of the houses has two sashes, and there is a central pair of moulded wood doorcases adorned with paterae. The doors are moulded six-panel designs with overlights, and there is a single window on either side of the doors.
